Refund, Cancellation & Data Deletion
This policy describes how you may cancel a paid subscription to Suljhaoo and when refunds may be available. Suljhaoo is operated by Valantech Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). If anything here conflicts with a written agreement you have signed with us, the agreement takes precedence.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account (subscription or billing) settings in the app, or by writing to us at the email below. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only — it does not delete your account or business data. To remove your account and data entirely, see Account and data deletion below.
Where your plan is billed periodically, cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we confirm otherwise. You will continue to have access until that date unless the service is suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.
2. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we agree otherwise in writing. We may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund for the current billing period if you request it shortly after a charge and describe a genuine service issue we cannot reasonably resolve.
- Refund requests should be sent to the contact email below with your registered business name, mobile number, and the date and amount of the charge.
- Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your Suljhaoo account and all data associated with it at any time. We use your information only to operate the service while your account is active — we do not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes, and we do not keep your data after you delete your account.
How to request deletion: email contact@valantech.in from your registered email address (or include your registered 10-digit mobile number) with the subject line Account deletion request. We will verify your identity and process the request promptly.
What is deleted: when your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our active systems immediately, including but not limited to:
- Your profile (name, mobile number, email)
- Store and business records (sales, expenses, inventory, udhar/credit, customers, suppliers, staff)
- Reports, settings, and in-app preferences
- Device and session data linked to your account
Deletion is immediate once confirmed — your data is not retained on our servers for marketing, analytics, or backup after account removal. We may retain only the minimum information required by applicable law (for example, payment or tax records for a limited statutory period), after which it is deleted as well.
